Pronounced “ray key” A hands on therapy performed fully clothed and laying on the couch. Can open up blockages and is extremely relaxing. Takes about 1hr or tasters for 20 minutes

Using crystals and the energy from the crystals to balance chakras, relax and revive you. Different crystals do different things.

Crystal Reiki

A combination of Reiki and Crystal Healing using the crystals in certain ways, placing them over the body. It increases the energy and goes directly to problem areas.
